The City of Alameda has developed an Alameda Harbor Bay Ferry Marketing Action Plan ("MAP"). The MAP combines and focuses the resources of the City, Harbor Bay Maritime and the San Francisco Water Transit Authority to increase ridership on the Alameda Harbor Bay Ferry (AHBF).
